Week 2 EOC: Analysis of Healthcare.gov

Initially, the government healthcare website looks simple and easy to navigate. However, the link that you click in order to apply becomes far more complicated. The link directs you to another link according to your state. Then while searching through the different plans, the website corners you into signing up as a member before proceeding further. If for some reason the user is unable to sign up as a member of the website, the user will be stuck at a dead end. Furthermore, when the user wants to view more details of a specific health care plan, the user get redirected again to another website. After being directed once again, the new website annoyingly asks you to sign up as a member for the website when trying to build a detailed healthcare plan. If a user were to successfully apply for health care through the government website, the user would have gone through signing up for two separate memberships and several minutes of their time in order to receive healthcare benefits. The entire process seems redundant and frustrating.
